Welcome to October Ledger ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using October Ledger on the web, Android, or iOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
October Ledger is a personal finance tracking, budgeting, goal planning, and household ledger tool. It allows you to manually record or import income, expenses, transfers, savings goals, loans, and monthly payment plans.
October Ledger is a bookkeeping and informational tool only. Nothing in the App—including financial health scores, money tips, loan interest calculations, or budget summaries—constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify balances and due dates against your official bank and credit card statements.
You agree not to:
October Ledger is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of calculation discrepancies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of October Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or funds (including missed bill payments or calculation differences) arising out of or related to your use of the App.
You may stop using October Ledger and delete your data or request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
